The H&H Attorney Mentoring Program connects junior attorneys with partners or senior attorney mentors. Once paired, you will then meet regularly to discuss goals, receive guidance on navigating your career, and discuss other areas of interest. Through this website, you can track your mentoring journey through goal-setting and journaling, and access resources to enhance your mentoring relationship.
How It Works
Joining the program is easy:
* Select the role that applies to you – Mentor or Mentee
* Answer questions to create your profile
* Receive information on your matches
* Establish connections and begin
Matches are made based on your responses to the profile questionnaire. First, a pre-programmed matching algorithm gives us match recommendations. Next, we review the comments from mentors and mentees, which were not factored into the algorithm, and make adjustments. While we make an effort to make a match based on desired office and practice group preferences, you may be matched with someone outside of those parameters because you are a better match based on other preferences, or because we do not have someone who meets those preferences.

One of our goals as a firm is to improve our ability to nurture and retain our talent. Providing meaningful mentorship experiences helps support our developing attorneys and allows experienced lawyers the opportunity both to share their wisdom and practice advice, and to learn and grow as a result of these relationships.
